Kastas welcomed domestic authorised dealers to its new facility

Kastas, Turkey's largest manufacturer of sealing technologies, came together with 60 authorised dealers across the country at its facilities in Izmir Menemen Plastic Specialised Organised Industrial Zone.

Speaking at the meeting where the company's future vision and sales and marketing strategies were shared, Haydar Atılgan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kastaş, said that the company attaches great importance to improving its corporate and organisational structure while increasing its effectiveness in domestic and foreign markets. Pointing out that customer and market expectations have undergone radical changes in the last decade, Atılgan emphasised that they are already planning where Kastas will be positioned in the global market, how it will grow and compete in the next decade.

Pointing out that their goal is to ensure that fully strong authorised dealers are active in retail sales, Atılgan said,

"The products we produce and you sell are among the value-added products that our country needs the most. The average kilogram export value of our products reaches fifty times the average export value of our country. Of course, Kastas grows together with you, our valuable business partners. We are the links of a value chain that should not be separated from each other. While our branches continue their activities as on-site technical support, engineering services and solution partners, we aim for our strong authorised dealers to be effective in the retail channel. Our new facility provides all the opportunities for Kastas, and therefore you, to grow together. Kastas is growing at an average rate of 30 percent every year, while making very important digitalisation investments that will have a positive impact on business processes. Systems are vital for us. In addition to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities, we attach great importance to the competences of our employees and corporate development."

"THE GOAL IS TO BE THE FIRST CHOICE"
Speaking at the meeting, Ahmet Pınarlı, Kastas Domestic Sales Manager, explained Kastas' vision as "To be the first preferred brand with its quality products and services, not the biggest in the world". Noting Kastas' focus on sustainable growth in domestic and international markets, Mr Pınarlı stated that Kastas has to be innovative both in terms of materials and design, and made the following assessment:

"In the last year, we have visited 3,000 customers on site and had the opportunity to learn directly about market trends and customer demands. We have an effective domestic sales staff consisting entirely of engineers. Launched in 2010, we want to expand and develop the Authorised Dealership System. We evaluate all feedback from our customers under process management and coordinate our efforts to improve our product and service quality with our relevant units."

Alphan Manas, Honorary President of Futurists Association, made a presentation titled "Thinking Outside the Box, Digital Transformation and Mega Trends" to the participants at the meeting.
